Diary Of Being A Writer; Week 59
This week I have mostly been rewriting and editing.
Monday 15th April
Okay, a messy start this morning but I am hoping to pull myself back into line and focus.
It is school holidays and although I could just leave them playing computer games all day I feel like that would be a bad thing so I do really need to get some writing stuff done this morning so I can be educational and interactive this afternoon.
We have been watching Taskmaster so I think a few of those during the day would be fun and encourage creative thinking. Later this morning I will be giving them writing prompts from my Scribbles course.
And as for my writing, it is the short stories that continue to be my priority.
I went to a Writer’s SA Workshop yesterday and realised one of the things I really like about those is getting to meet and interact with other writers and this workshop even had artists to interact with as well and there just wasn’t enough of that. The event was billed like this;
